Return and Refund Policy

At Creative India Palace, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, custom-made products, and gift cards.

How to Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@creativeindiapalace.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
  • Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This may include items not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges

Exchanging Items

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at renucic@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product.
